This IO will cover modeling and meta-modeling of the Job Knowledge (JK) as theoretical and conceptual part of the project. Accordingly, this IO will provide required terminology of the project, describe the structure and ontology of the JK in detail, and demonstrate the hierarchical architecture of it. In addition, competence representation standards such as HR-XML and Data Model for Reusable Competency Definitions (IEEE) will be used in this IO in order to provide a standard and extensible JK model which can be integrated in a wide variety of tools and software technologies. In particular, the application of the proposed JK model in the field of data science will be studied in detail. The outcome of this IO will facilitates adaptation of the JK model in a wide variety of sectors and case studies.
